Relaxing environment , always clean. Never an issue with breaks or chips … my nails last. The owner is patient and kind. I was present for a very rude customer who was berating the owner one day and caused my service to be delayed multiple times. Without prompting, the owner offered me an additional service free of charge for the inconvenience.

The salon is always clean and quiet, I usually get anxiety at a bustling salon but I love that she is by appointment and tends to not have availability for walk-ins. Called for an appointment and they got me in that day, which is nice since I wasn't thinking ahead, lol. Nice location across from the West Erie Plaza, plenty of close parking.
